I am an empathetic and compassionate Clinical Psychotherapist with Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, a team of culturally sensitive and trauma-informed psychotherapists. We work with individuals, couples, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other life stressors. Our ultimate mission is to support your healing process. I have extensive experience working with adults of all ages, I also work with young adults and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, I've supported clients dealing with substance use disorders, domestic violence, and sexual assault, approaching each situation with compassion and understanding.
I focus on you and your goals. I want every session to feel safe, validating, and focused on your needs. I specialize in areas such as shame, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, I also assist in navigating relationships, setting boundaries, and improving communication. I utilize various therapeutic modalities like IFS, CBT, DBT, Narrative and Somatic Therapy.
