I am experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT (for multiple disorders) and DBT in both outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, emotion dysregulation, and severe mental illness such as psychosis. Together we work on treating the distress, recognizing the effects it has on your life and working toward a different more effective experience with skills utilization.
My first priority is establishing a meaningful and collaborative relationship with my clients in order to foster your innate strengths and identify areas for growth.
