My approach to therapy centers around the belief that individuals have an innate capacity for self-healing and personal growth and that I am a guide in this process. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused approaches, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy.
