I am passionate about providing quality, personalized mental health care to her clients. I use an integrative and psychodynamic approach, using techniques and interventions from several different modalities including trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness. I am an expert in helping others build healthier relationships, navigating my clients through conflict and assisting them in fostering fulfilling relationships. My experience and training allows me to deeply understand the human condition and guide individuals towards building deeper connections with others and most importantly, with themselves.
