Person-centered in my overall approach, my work is informed by models like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic and attachment theories. Trained in EMDR, I help clients connect their minds and bodies to safely process trauma and life experiences. My work is informed by art- and nature-based approaches as well.
