If you are struggling with your mental health you are not alone. Seeking someone to speak to is the first step to overcoming your hardest times. I strive to help individuals explore difficult topics such as their anxiety, depression, self-esteem, career or day to day struggles. Together we can work to develop coping skills and explore ways to accomplish any goal you set out to succeed in. I am currently working toward my licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and currently hold a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-II) certification.
I hold Master degrees from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and have professional experience working with diverse populations, cultures, religions, ethnicities, woman's issues, trauma bereavement and LGBTQ+. I have experience working with substance use and addictive behaviors through a person-centered treatment approach.
