I have the most experience with people seeking to resolve relationship issues, address their interpersonal trauma history, and work through transitions.
I have additional trauma-focused training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, offering new therapists supervision.
I am a strong believer that you are the expert in your own life and thus, I will only seek to address what you identify as a problem. My sessions are exploratory and collaborative as we get to know each other and seek a better understanding of the changes you are seeking in your life.
