As a psychotherapist, my goal is to create a space in which each client feels authentically seen, known, and supported. I use an integrated, culturally sensitive approach to therapy in order to help clients grow in self-awareness, pursue healing, and realize lasting change.
Our practice specializes in the integration of Interpersonal Neurobiology with evidence-based models such as EMDR, EFT, and IFS. Our clinicians see individuals, families, couples, and lead group therapy. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and the Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy Externship.
