I have a history of working with children, adolescents and families utilizing modalities that include person centered and strength-based approaches. Some other forms of therapy utilized include CBT, Art Therapy and cinema therapy. I have worked with those who experience, challenges with traumas, behavioral challenges, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), self-esteem, ADHD, Anger Management, and grief/loss. I have also worked with populations who have experienced the juvenile system, foster care and adoption.

I enjoy working with young children, teens, young adults & families. Many of my clients have struggled with issues like anxiety, depression, self injury, social skills, parenting, adoption, & adjusting to new situations. Parents/caregivers are welcome to join sessions if they desire (as clinically appropriate) as a way to learn skills along with their child/family. This helps support the skills learned within sessions & outside of sessions, when at home & in the community. This empowers the client & family & helps everyone feel like they are mastering the skills learned in sessions. I am supervised by a licensed PHD.

Lacee is a clinical social worker who has a variety of experience working with individuals of all ages. Lacee earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice from Olivet College in 2012, and she then went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work (M.S.W.) from Western Michigan University in 2020.
