I help survivors of childhood trauma reclaim their authentic self, replace old survival skills, and build resilient, authentic relationships. My practice focuses on healing complex trauma, emotional immaturity, and navigating trauma when it shows up in your relationship. I use an attachment lens and use IFS, Emotion Focused Therapy, and somatic approaches.

In these sessions, you will learn about what it means to grow up with a dysfunctional family and how this formed you and your coping styles as an adult. You will develop skills for navigating dysfunction in relationships and building deeper, more connected relationships in your life today. This is a 6-week group that will meet weekly on Thursdays at 6pm.
