The ADHD Summer Skills Group is a 5-week psychoeducational coaching group series. In this group, you will learn skills on how to cope with symptoms of ADHD. This summer you will have the support in the group to learn the following coping skills: skills for hyperactivity, skills for impulsivity & executive functioning, skills for time management, time blindness and procrastination, skills for organization, concentration and forgetfulness and skills to process shame & self-esteem impact of having ADHD. EmpowerHer: SocialEmotional Skills for Teen Girls

EmpowerHer is a 6-week group for teen girls aged 14-17, starting this Fall, focused on enhancing social-emotional skills. It addresses issues like depression, anxiety, and self-esteem by teaching coping strategies, stress management, and emotional regulation. Participants will learn to replace negative thoughts with positive outlooks, skills for emotional regulation, and improve relationships. The group aims to help teen girls handle stress healthily and build self-esteem, equipping them with a toolbox of skills to better manage challenging emotions and navigate life effectively.
