We feel the need to put on a brave front and soldier on. We perceive ourselves as either perfections or imperfections. It feels all or nothing. Even when we are surrounded by loved ones, we may feel alone. When we do reach out and ask for support, we may not feel like others are attuned to us. We may feel too disheartened and/or too exhausted to explain. Sometimes we may not even have the emotional language. Sharing space with me will feel like a second chance to experience yourself in vulnerable, empowering and intentional ways, and build bandwidth to allow others the opportunity to show you grace and build mutual trust.

I will help you/loved ones(s) identify sources and consequences of emotional pain, build boundaries and emotional expression, solve problems, develop coping skills, and maintain positive habits that encourage more fulfilling moments
