I have a non-judgmental, open communication philosophy about counseling. Mainly, I employ a cognitive behavioral approach, however there are many different methods I may use to help you with the issues that you hope to address.
I am a Christian counselor. If Christianity is a part of your journey then we can incorporate that. If it's not, then we won't. I believe addressing mind, body and spiritual issues in counseling can be helpful when being healthy and balanced are a part of your goals.
