Life can be overwhelming at times to manage by all of the expectations and demands placed on us. As a counselor I see my role as helping you gain understanding into the conflict and obstacles weighing down your life. Therapy allows you to identify the problematic patterns of thinking, feeling and behavior that maybe impairing your interpersonal relationships and career. I am an experienced independent licensed counselor (LPCC). I hold a masters degree in community counseling from Kent State University. I have worked with children, adolescent and adults in a variety of settings, private practice, community agencies and hospitals.

I like to focus my sessions by using cognitive therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, stress, anger , relationship problems and a wide variety of other issues. I conduct my sessions by providing a supportive, non judging environment in which an individual can process the problematic patterns they are experiencing and
