For the past 14 years I have worked as a therapist and supervisor at the University of Maryland Mental Health Service. My passion is to offer a kind, warm and empathetic environment to support those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and grief/loss. I use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused modalities.
I know it is extremely difficult to ask for help especially when you are feeling vulnerable. I admire the courage it takes to reach out.
