As a marriage and family therapist, I most enjoy helping couples and families navigate life's challenges through learning new skills to get to the relationships they desire.
I have several years experience working with families from a variety of cultural/ethnic backgrounds and a special interest in helping families experiencing separation, divorce, co-parenting, step-parenting, and adoption. I also enjoy helping individuals overcome the effects of depression and anxiety in their lives.
As a Christian therapist, I believe in the transforming power of faith. I provide Christian faith guidance and Biblical counsel with clients as it is consistent with their spiritual beliefs. No matter what specific life circumstance you are in, my work with you will always be infused with hope, humor, compassion and a safe listening ear.
