I practice from a client-centered, trauma informed, holistic, and evidenced based approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral and humanistic theories.
I will offer coping skills, self- care strategies for you to consider, such as DBT or CBT. Last, I have extensive clinical experience providing mental health support to individuals, many challenged by severe mental disorders and other stressors, and have also found it essential to integrate a social justice perspective, and strive to be an ally for all.
