After a career of more than thirty years I believe therapy can be an adventure enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual well being. In addition to teaching clients how to determine life goals, and take small steps to reach them, I encourage creative expression through journaling, dream interpretation, the study of Myers-Briggs personality types and the Enneagram. A favorite book of mine is, "Women Who Run With the Wolves," by Clarissa Estes'.
Exploring personal stories, dreams, the Myers-Briggs (MBTI), and the Enneagram all help to improve relationships, increase communication effectiveness, enhance personal insight and lead to greater life satisfaction.
Clarissa Estes' book "Women Who Run With the Wolves" and her workshops have been a profound source of healing for me. I enjoy sharing her stories and wisdom.
