I have extensive experience working with people of all ages struggling with life stressors, mental health disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, and PTSD. My background includes being a Clinical Director of a substance abuse agency, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Rochester College and OCC. I have also worked assessing military personnel for mental health issues. We live in an ever-changing world, and with any change comes stress and grief. These emotions can be transient, or open the door for other issues to come forward.
Sometimes the hardest part of your journey is asking for help, and sometimes asking for help is the easiest part of your journey. My focus is individualized to meet your needs and goals, so you can have control over your life while gaining insight into problem-solving and choices.
