The Next Chapter: Seeking Outside Help
This group is designed to provide support for people in recovery who are ready to "seek outside help" in conjunction with working their program. The transition in early recovery from the first year(s): creating a foundation and getting back to reality, to the next chapter can be anxiety provoking. When we begin to seek healthy relationships, clarity & direction in our lives we can feel overwhelmed & incompetent. This group is run by an addiction specialist who has worked in treatment for fifteen years. The goal is to help clients feel grounded, self-aware & empowered so they can begin to enjoy 'The Next Chapter.'
