I am a graduate from American International College where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I continued my learning endeavors where I earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in individual counseling that centers around individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, anger issues as well as working with families, elders and adolescents.
My therapeutic style takes a holistic approach that focuses on understanding each aspect of those I work with. I believe there are a number of factors that shape us into who we are today. Overall, my main goal is to provide a safe space for my clients.
Life can bring many challenges which effects all of us in so many ways. In hope that you will start your journey of healing process, take the opportunity and reach out for a session.
