I am Cheryl Clansy, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), trained Mediator, and Life Coach with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples address their unique challenges, resolve conflicts, and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in anxiety, grief, relationship issues, school issues, and major life transitions. I completed my doctoral degree at Grambling State University and have professional experience in public education, postsecondary education, and the nonprofit sector.

This, coupled with my preparation as a mediator and life coach, enables me to provide the guidance and support my clients are seeking. I use multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
