Counseling is provided to individuals, families & students through Online and In-Person. I help clients to develop healthy coping skills, thriving interpersonal relationships & emotional resiliency through mental health, skill acquisition and education. I have an eclectic approach combining CBT, DBT, REBT and Art Therapy Techniques.
I am a Licensed Counselor by New Jersey Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC, and a Certified School Counselor by the NJDOE. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
I will make it my goal to walk with you in your journey to a more fulfilling, healthy, and well-rounded life. I offer online teletherapy and in-office sessions.
