I am passionate about helping those experiencing/ed injustice or trauma. I connect the most with children, families and woman’s issues. Overall I place a high value on treatment of the whole person, physical, mental, social and spiritual.
I am a Licenced clinical mental health counselor. My training is in (EMDR) eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, (CPP) Parent Child Psychotherapy which helps children 0-5 year and their caregivers. Also well versed in Cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment and Christian, (faith based) counseling.
I believe my strengths lie in a tenacity for healing and care for the heart/soul of individuals whatever circumstance they find themselves. My hope is that therapy would be a place to realize and regain the joy of life and find new goodness and sweetness in the midst of your challenges.
