Hello and welcome! I'm Cherrelle and I'm a licensed therapist with over 13 years in the field. I help adults to navigate lifespan issues which may include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief or difficulties in interpersonal relationships. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations of all ages to include medical hospitals, child welfare, outpatient clinics and psychiatric facilities. I utilize EMDR for trauma as well as CBT and motivational interviewing to reframe negative thinking and motivate my clients
