My goal is to support my clients with achieving their version of happiness through a healing and non-judgemental therapeutic space. I have experience working with teens and adults ( ages 13-40) in various therapeutic settings.
Using a strength based and client centered approach I will help guide and coach you through ways to cope and work through various transitions, life changes, and any other stressors that come your way.
