Healing is like throwing a pebble in the pond. When it happens, the change and growth the person/persons experience in therapy spreads to the people they love and their communities. It is my goal to work myself out of a job someday by helping individuals, families, and couples heal, cope, and learn in ways that allow them to like who they are, have fulfilling relationships, and live their best life. Whether it happens via trauma work, generational awareness and healing, relational restructuring, mental health symptom management, relationship skills, or stress/life coping and coaching, change is possible!

I specialize in helping clients recognize patterns in their current relationships & behaviors and understand how generational, cognitive, & emotional factors have created & continue to drive those patterns. I also have a plethora of skills (such as DBT, EMDR, IFS, & Gottman Method) we can incorporate to address issues and change patterns long-term.
I believe all people have worth and deserve to be loved in a healthy way. Providing a safe & growth-focused space is just as important for people attending therapy as the therapeutic approaches & tools used. Having the people I work with know I care, do not judge, and believe in the possibility of change are the factors that make our sessions so impactful.
