I am a Mental Health Counselor, who has a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Psychology and Advanced Certification in Mental Health Counseling. I offer my clients psychotherapy with an integrative approach, utilizing different theoretical frameworks to individualize a therapeutic plan for every person, group, and couple I work with. I primarily focus on CBT, Person-Centered, DBT, Relational, Psychodynamic, mindfulness, and meditation, but offer other techniques listed below. My own philosophy is based on a holistic approach, so I do not always focus on diagnoses or pathology. However, I do recognize that sometimes it is needed.
