I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have had the privilege of walking with adults, children, and adolescents through impactful experiences, offering a collaborative space that allows my clients to explore their individual strengths and needs, as well as share their thoughts and feelings. I provide support to individuals struggling with anxious thoughts and feelings, low mood, a lack of enjoyment in life, as well as relational, communication, and behavioral challenges. I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
I offer a calming yet engaged presence and focus on my clients' needs and strengths, with the goal of increasing insight into their own abilities. I utilize various methods to support clients in meeting their goals, including psychoeducation, CBT, coping skills, and person-centered approaches.
I believe it is imperative for all people to have a space to reflect on their lives and feel supported.
