For over 20 years in the field of Mental Health, it has been my pleasure to accompany others on their journey, working with all issues including relationships, life transitions, stress managment, habits, health, nutrition, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and spirituality. My perspective is strength-based and views you, a whole person within your unique situation, rather than the typical pathology based medical model of care.

I have specialized training and experience in Somatic Mind/Body interventions, IMAGO Couples Therapy, Mindfullness Based and Cognitive/Behavioral interventions, Meditation, a certified Yoga instructor for Stress Management and Relaxation, and utilize various forms of Expressive Arts Therapy.
