I am a doctoral student level therapist, my specialties include, internal conflict, existential crisis, grief, spirituality, life transitions, major depression, and family/marital conflict. I work with your inner self as a reflection of your external path and current relationships. My role is to provide a safe space as a neutral ally for the uncovering of what may be unconscious to you or possibly difficult to talk about.

My theoretical framework includes psychoanalysis, psychodynamic counseling, object relations therapy, and hypnotherapy; I am also an experienced yoga and meditation teacher. I provide a diverse array of experience.
