Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia with over 20 years of experience providing mental health treatment to diverse clients with a wide range of concerns. I specialize in treating anxiety, stress/burnout, depression, career/workplace challenges, ADHD, relationship with food-mindful eating, relationship issues, helping families navigate substance abuse, support for autism/neurodiversity, and grief & loss. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have extensive experience in helping nurses, physicians, residents, and other frontline caregivers with their unique concerns.
I hold a M.Ed. from Harvard and a Ph.D. from William and Mary. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion as we explore the journey that brings you to therapy.
