I have been a practicing therapist for two years and have experience working with clients of all ages and genders. I attended school at the University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with my master's degree in social work. Then went on to intern at the VA in Salt Lake City UT, then moved on to do therapy at a private practice in Utah. As a therapist, I love helping my clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, looking at the impact they are having on their life.
Through your life journey, I will partner with you to find new ways that could bring you a more fulfilling life. I am here to help you discover who you are, what your values are, set goals, work through trauma and become more self-aware. I choose this profession because it matched my love of helping others, working together to achieve a healthy life balance.
As we work together to discover your true sense of self and set goals that align with your values, you can discover a newfound lease on life. Each client that I have partnered up with have all had unique goals, values, and relationships. I am here to honor these unique perspectives and to help you to live your best life and have a rich full meaningful life.
