I am excited you have decided to begin your healing journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 12 years of experience. I provide in person and telehealth sessions for Arizona and telehealth only for Florida. I have specialized in working with children, adolescents, and adults focusing on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, parent/child relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome high functioning anxiety, co-dependency, navigating life transitions, and increase self-esteem.
I engage with clients through a collaborative relationship to help them achieve their goals by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I utilize play therapy techniques with my 4-12yr old clients. I believe that life is best lived from a holistic perspective of mind, body, and spirit all working together in harmony.
I strive to provide clients with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment. I believe that being my true, authentic self assists in building therapeutic rapport and helping clients along their healing journey. I empower my clients to believe they can heal, grow, and change because their identity is not in what has happened to them or what they have done.
