My approach to therapy is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique journey and a commitment to fostering growth and resilience. I understand that taking those initial steps toward counseling can be a challenging endeavor. Therapy is unique to each person, but some themes I have noticed are people seeking out an understanding of their emotions, an improved ability to cope and function and feeling more empowered about their individual situations.
The space I provide is welcoming, gentle and warm. My approach is person-centered and eclectic at its core. I believe that therapy is a collaboration between myself and my clients working towards achieving what you feel is most important to work on. My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to achieve your goals.
I strive to be all inclusive and create a non judgmental space where you can feel free to express yourself openly. Let's start with one session and go from there. I understand that asking for help can bring up many feelings and it can be difficult. Together we will find the path to help you be the best version of yourself.
