I utilize a variety of approaches such as solution-focused, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I hold a M.S. degree in Clinicial Mental Health Counseling. I hold a Louisiana LPC License and a Nationally Certified Counselor credential. I have worked with children, adults, those in addictions, and individuals in and released from incarceration.
I have worked with a variety of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship/communication struggles, self-esteem, grief, and infidelity.
