Therapy is simply a tool to utilize to find a path to a healthier, more stable future. We cannot navigate our future without understanding the impact of our past. We cannot adjust our behaviors without delving into our inner thoughts. My compassion and down-to-earth style of communication, accompanied by my emphasis on accountability and self-motivation, create for a comforting yet effective method of therapy. I provide adult individual therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, dual diagnoses, trauma, domestic violence and sexual assault, substance abuse, and grief/loss.
I have tried to ensure that my services are as accessible as possible, which is why I created my own private practice currently located in Royal Oak. We are accepting new patients! We are available to see individuals in an office setting, in the community, through walk-and-talk services, via phone, or via private video chat. You choose what works!
