I typically utilize CBT/ACT and attachment theory, however, I maintain a person-centered style and am able to incorporate other approaches to ensure a best fit. I believe focus should be on meeting your needs and incorporating your values into your life to bring on your ideal mind-body connection to stop betraying yourself for others.
