I’m passionate about creating space for therapy participants to find fuller versions of themselves through exploration, play, and experiential learning. I use skills from Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions to build awareness, resilience, and to reinstate agency and ability to change.
I recognize the impact and trauma caused by systemic oppression and I work critically to reflect on my own values, beliefs, and biases to practice with an anti-oppressive framework. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, folx exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, artists and creatives.
