I am a mental health counselor with a specialization in trauma. My perspective on working with clients is through a lens that traumas, both big and small, can create rifts within our selves, our personal relationships, and hinder our potential. I am trained in EMDR through an EMDR international association approved training and IFS through the IFS institute. Both modalities offer evidence based treatment for trauma.
