Relationships are complex but thankfully, a source of so much information. They can promote a sense of safety and joy but can also devolve into toxicity and self-abandonment; the way we perceive others and navigate the world today has its roots in our early relationships and experiences. There is value in exploring our family of origin as a vehicle for understanding ourselves and the obstacles we face while in relationship. A universal goal for my clients is increased insight into themselves that fosters healing, personal growth, fulfilling relationships and intentional living.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques as I believe each client brings something unique into the room and that deserves a flexible approach. I have experience with teens, adults and families. My style is warm, curious, and compassionate and my method is helping you slow things down to identify the core of the issue hindering fulfilling connection.
I commit to holding space as you move at your own pace through various parts of self.
