I specialize in utilizing modalities like Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), & Person Centered Therapy. I am also certified in Somatic Healing which focuses on body awareness, breath work, mindfulness & movement.
