As a perinatal therapist, I provide mental health support for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Wherever you are on your journey in motherhood, I am here to hold a safe space for you where you can share every part of your experience without judgment or shame. You may be experiencing your first pregnancy and feeling nervous about the transition, or you are postpartum and finding it more difficult to adjust than you expected. Or maybe you are a seasoned mom feeling like you've lost yourself in motherhood. You love being a mother, but you aren't prioritizing yourself anymore and realizing that you really can't pour from an empty cup.
I am a licensed therapist with clinical experience and specialized training in perinatal mental health. My services include individualized therapeutic support, perinatal mental health education, resources to utilize outside of our sessions, collaboration with other care providers (with your consent), and connection through support groups.
