I am a Resident in Counseling and completed my masters program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on November 2023. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, body image and diet culture standards to learn coping strategies to manage day-to-day symptoms and improve relationship with self and the body. Including teens 11+ and couples experiencing martial issues.
I offer talk therapy both in person and virtually. Primarily adults (ages 11+) struggling with their body image, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and marital issues. I use CBT, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy to heal and rewire the relationship we have with ourselves and those around us.
