I use a holistic, person-centered approach in my practice. I also offer art therapy and holistic nutrition counseling, which is something any client can explore during our sessions. Through these modalities we can look at how our thoughts, experiences and families impact our lives, and through our work together find harmony within ourselves and change life for the better.
I am a licensed mental health counselor holding a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and art therapy from Lesley University, and have experience in carious settings. I work with individuals across the lifespan, with special attention to adolescents.
