If you are suffering from an anxiety condition or complex trauma, I am so sorry you are going this. I am also glad that you found my corner of the web. I specialize in treating anxiety conditions and complex trauma, especially with individuals of relationships or families of origin impacted by dysfunction or addiction. The chronic worry and grief in our close and/or early relationships can lead to ongoing challenges with OCD, anxiety, codependency, perfectionism, and more. These challenges can persist even long after we have left chaotic homes. I get it, and I have dedicated my career to treating those who face these complex issues.
I utilize the gold standard of treatment for anxiety and OCD/OCD-related conditions. My primary interventions draw from ERP, ACT, & somatically oriented parts work. I understand that each client comes to therapy with a unique background and set of challenges. For this reason, I thoughtfully adapt my approaches to each person accordingly and with compassion.
