As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I focus on developing treatment that will be tailored to the needs of the individual with a strong emphasis on the rapport within the therapeutic relationship. I believe with a stronger understanding of our emotions and how they impact our behaviors, we can develop tools and skills to experience an overall happier and healthier life.
In my work with adolescents and adults, I utilized an eclectic and flexible approach to meet the needs of the individual and work at their own pace. Using an eclectic approach provides the opportunity for us to work collaboratively utilizing various theories and techniques to reach your goals.
