I have always valued helping others and believe that all people desire purpose in their lives, but sometimes need help realizing what is their purpose and determining what is truly meaningful to them. Seeking help is a sign of strength not weakness; it is the first step towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach to therapy is highly person-centered utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as, mindfulness techniques and Logotherapy (Meaning Therapy).
As all individuals are unique, I find a "cookie-cutter" approach to therapeutic intervention is not usually in the best interest of the client. I enjoy assisting individuals to maximize their potential growth and development to live their best possible life.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and Nationally Board-Certified Counselor. I hold my BA from Wellesley College in Political Science and my MA from the University of Central Florida in Clinical Mental
