I have over 15 years experience providing psychotherapy. My treatment approach incorporates CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and interpersonal processing, depending on your needs. Treatment focuses on developing insight into recurring patterns, building on strengths and developing personal coping strategies.
I currently take HMSA, HMSA Quest, UHA and HMAA. There is no copay for Quest plans.
