Welcome to a space where it's okay to be who you are! I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, with extensive experience in anxiety OCD, and mood disorders. Together we can navigate your past and come into the present. Along the way, we will develop healthy ways to manage the stressors and circumstances that can throw us off balance mentally and physiologically. I am trained in a variety of effective modalities, including EMDR, IFS, CPT, and DBT that we can use to bring clarity, calm and compassion to your life.
My therapeutic style is patient-centered, warm, and infused with humor. This is hard work, it's important to find some connection and dare I say fun. Creating a supportive and understanding environment is crucial for healing. As your therapist, I am your biggest fan and advocate.
Taking the first step toward change can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out and we can get started on improving your well-being and improve the quality of your life and relationships. I'm excited to meet you!
